Care and Share is a non for profit social activity day program which addresses the high level of loneliness experienced by so many older people. The program is quite small and has limited funding for advertising, requiring us to look for cost effective and attractive ways of increasing attendance to the program on an ongoing basis. We currently have a page on the Trinity Baptist Church website which we are looking into re-develop into a stand-alone website. New content in the form of photographic images and videos are due to be developed by the end of Oct 19. Some of the content on the existing web page can be re-used as the information is still current. We anticipate that this will facilitate older people and their families to access information about the program and enable us to compete more successfully against larger aged care providers who have considerable advertising budgets. A new and more vibrant web site will ideally enable potential participants to gain a sense of just how friendly and welcoming the Care and Share program really is and to faciltate us to become their provider of choice. Time line: Ideally to have the new website functioning and visible by the end of Nov 2019
