What is the Young Professionals Network?

The UNAA Young Professionals (YP) network involves and inspires young professionals throughout Australia in international affairs and the work of the United Nations around the world. The YP brings together a diverse mix of young professionals from business, law, government, the arts and philanthropy that are mainly between the ages of 25 to 35 years.

How Will I Contribute?

  • Lead and manage a new team of 6 to enhance the impact of the YP Network within the local community
  • Build relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Explore opportunities to expand the network in consultation with key stakeholders to maximise the UNAA’s overall impact
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with other YP teams within the Network
  • Accountability for team budget
  • Accountability for the delivery of education, advocacy and other programs
  • Support the UNAA Executive Director and the wider National Office as required to support the YP objectives
