Wesley Mission Queensland is looking for a team of reliable on-call volunteer Red Bag Appeal Delivery Drivers and Helpers to assist us from mid-November to mid-December to collect and deliver Red Bags full of cheer and yummy food to families facing homelessness and isolation.

For thousands of families and individuals across Queensland, Christmas will pass unremarked and uncelebrated. After paying for rent and basic utilities, many of these families are barely getting by, with nothing left over for a Christmas meal.

Wesley Mission Queensland will be collecting and delivering 6,000+ Red Bags to make a difference to the lives of so many people in need this Christmas.

But to make this happen we need a team of reliable on-call volunteer Red Bag Appeal Delivery Drivers and Helpers to assist us from mid-November to mid-December 2019 on weekdays to collect and deliver the Red Bags from various locations across Brisbane. Transport will be supplied by either a fleet vehicle or by staff driving you to and from the pickup point.

Due to the nature of this role, there will be some lifting and walking distances involved.

Various on-call shifts are available Monday to Friday, approximately 9am to 4pm.
