The UnitingCare Enterprise Change Centre of Excellence provides a consistent, connected and aligned approach to managing and communicating change associated with the delivery of UnitingCare Queensland Portfolio of work, business change and continuous improvement.

The Change Management Analyst Volunteer will support the General Manager Enterprise Change in the co-ordination and delivery of change support tools and activities for the business.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Assist with monthly updates to the Enterprise Change Overview • Assist with monthly updates to Enterprise Change Capacity Measurements • Developing and sharing of change management tools • Developing Capability Uplift tools and resources • Enterprise Change Management reporting • Drafting communications
