Lutheran Community Care provides community services on behalf of the Lutheran Church in SA and NT through a range of programs. We support communities through responding to the needs of individuals and families, community development, learning opportunities, accommodation and support.

Duties include:

• Sort donated clothing into designated areas.
• Identify high standard quality items and garments
• Sort and clean shoes, handbags and accessories.
• Sort and price jewelry
• Prepare clothing for store racks by cleaning and steaming
• Select and price items to be placed in the store for sale
• Pack clothing to be sent for redistribution as directed by Shop Manager
• Support floor staff as required
• Clean shop daily

Volunteering with LCC is subject to:

• A satisfactory Criminal History Clearance
• Child Safe Environments Training (formerly Mandatory Notification Training) if working with children.
• Safe Place Training Lutheran Community Care will meet the cost of the special conditions listed above
