Assistant to Volunteer Coordinator
Sandybeach CentreSpecific Duties: 1. Perform assigned work/project as requested by the Admin and Volunteer Coordinator 2. Maintain up to date databases 3. Undertake research as required to create processes and policies 4. Assist in compiling materials for induction package 5. Update volunteer noticeboard 6. Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, updating records, update forms and registers 7. Occasional assistance with Reception/Admin duties may be required
Skills Required:
· Excellent computer skills (to include Word and Excel) · Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative · Strong research skills · Attention to detail · Ability to take direction · Positive attitude · Understanding of confidentiality requirements · Excellent communication skills
