ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Liverpool Volunteer Resource CentreA Volunteer opportunity is available with an Organisation that has over thirty years of experience in the delivery of disability, community, youth and children’s services within South Western Sydney. A Volunteer is required to assist with administration tasks that support their Centre Group Activities.
About The Role:
- Assist group participants with sign in procedures
- Assist group participants with completion of necessary paperwork
- Data entry
- Filing, archiving, shredding
- Time commitment is Mondays during school terms, from 11am–1.30pm and/or Wednesdays during school terms, from 9.30am-1.30pm
- Minimum 6 month commitment to role is preferred
- Site induction and role orientation provided
- Working With Children Check clearance essential
About You:
- Previous administration/data entry experience
- Excellent command of the English Language, both written and oral
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
- Supportive of the Organisation's mission and values
