About the organisation Good360 is a matchmaker helping to repurpose items of value by directing them to the Australians who need them most. Good360 provides over 1200 Australian charities and eligible schools with free brand-new goods, delivered to their door! Goods are donated by businesses including BIG W, L'Oréal, Winc (formerly Staples), LEGO and LUSH. Good360 connects surplus with need.

Role Summary The Marketing volunteer position will support the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Coordinator in the implementation of marketing campaigns and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a system for managing incoming impact stories and quotes from members.
  • Review and proofread impact stories, before publishing onto the Good360 website.
  • Contact Charity and School members for new content.
  • Upload content including text, images, banners, video and attachments to WordPress website
  • Create and implement social media posts and blogs
  • Review blogs and website content in line with best SEO/SEM practice

Skills & Attributes

  • Currently studying Marketing, Journalism or other relevant Business-related field
  • Strong communications skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication, accompanied by a positive, team-player attitude
  • Have a genuine interest to volunteer for a Non for Profit to make significant change and improve the lives of Australians in need

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from our Mascot office for 10 hours a week during business hours from August 2019 to November 2019.
