Administrative Assistant

  • Handling and maintaining file system.
  • General administration duties.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute correspondence email,memos,forms and faxes.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with director,manager and other stakeholders.

Requirement and Qualification

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Good computer software skills.
  • NO students, No Part-time or full-time worker.
  • Flexible to work from Monday to Friday for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Minimum of 6 months commitment required.
