Encouraging the group to talk about topics and current events to improve their English conversation.  We are a community development organisation (Neighbourhood House) and assisting the participants will impact on their future - employment opportunities and their ability to live full lives in Australia. Skills - Experience in teaching English would be useful.  Some knowledge and experience in teaching is required.
