Duties will include:

• attend 5 evening meetings a year (held in the Mackittrick Centre at Strathalan Community in Macleod) from 7pm
• attend 5 day meetings of the executive at 10am. Both meetings usually last about an hour
• Take minutes at these meetings and forward on to secretary,
