Our participants can choose from a number of different courses, from: Mini Ascent Family Ascent Extreme Ascent Mt Everest Team Challenge

We are seeking volunteers to help man a variety of stations on the day, from: Bib collection New registration Handing out medals Stair marshalling Start line Refreshments Cloaking Activities supervisor Set up crew Pack down crew

Volunteers would need to be at the Arena at 7am and the event will go through to 1pm
