Tuesday morning group activities include fun things such as table bowls; Thursday mornings are cooking sessions and it's high tea time in the afternoon. On Friday mornings Volunteers help the lovely Hands on Care program and offer hand massages and nail painting to the ladies while the men meet in their own group and choose their activity. Volunteers also provide companionship to those who are not able to attend the group activities during these times.

Activities Officers welcome the assistance from volunteers when setting up and clearing away activities and people who attend the activities love the support and encouragement to get the most out of the experience.
