Are you passionate about creative writing? Do you spend your days dreaming up stories, twisting words into awesome masterpieces?

CPL's Capalaba service is seeking a passionate writer, interested in mentoring clients to achieve their own creative writing goals. If you have an appetite for all things wordy, and can guide, support and encourage clients to expand on their own literary talents, then please get in touch with us today!

As the Creative Writing mentor you will be:

• Working alongside clients in support of their creative writing goals
• Supporting clients to create written work – in electronic form
• Sharing your passion, talent and expertise with staff and clients to enhance skills and knowledge
• Conducting friendly, professional encounters with clients and staff

You will not be responsible for:

• Any personal support; e.g. manual handling, personal care, administration of medication or meal assistance. These activities will be carried out by qualified support workers.

This volunteer role takes place one morning per week (Monday to Friday) for 2 to 3 hours. What day suits you?!
