Financial Administration Support Volunteer

    • Driver's Licence (C)
    • National Police Certificate *

    Volunteers need to be able to work within and maintain a safe work environment. Reasonable physical health and mobility is desirable.
    Polite and clear basic oral communication skills, an ability to follow basic oral instructions and to work with limited supervision are required.
    Strong skills in use of Microsoft suite with a particular focus on Excel.
    Your commitment to our core values of social equity, cultural respect and community participation are a must.
    Appointment is subject to satisfactory police records check prior to commencing

Are you are passionate with helping people to better deal with their personal finances.

We are looking for several volunteers who are compassionate and non judgemental to support our Uniting Care West team with financial administrative tasks.

Your tasks would include: Organising appointments between clients and financial counsellors, Making outbound telephone calls to confirm appointment times, Assisting with emergency relief supplies, Maintaining and recording of statistics in Excel.

We are looking for volunteers to register their interest to join our Induction and training program mid August 2019.
