The program

The Strategy and Culture team use technology to support connection and collaboration with a focus on building leadership mindsets and behaviours that are most effective for driving organisational performance and empowering people with agile, lean and human-centred design capabilities.

The opportunity

This position suits someone over the age of 18 years, who has a friendly disposition who will provide quality administrative support to the day-to-day operations of our Strategy and Culture team. The position will primarily focus on supporting learning gateway and induction administration, as well as assisting with some project work on an 'as-needs' basis, as guided by the Virtual Capability Coach for Strategy and Culture.

The impact

In this position with the Strategy and Culture team, you will be part of a team focussed on creating a positive experience for participants and trainers with in the programs.
