Duties may include • Companionship to the person, carer and family members by home visiting • Simple comfort measures by listening, hearing and simply being there • Supporting people to take up offers of help by family and friends • Going on outings, visits and accompanying to appointments • Light household tasks with folding washing, simple meal preparation, walking the dog • Light outside maintenance by mowing lawns, weeding, putting out rubbish bins • Other roles as needed by the person

Roles are many and varied so as to help make the wish to stay at home more achievable Full training is provide, along with support and mentoring Police Checks required and Working with Children Checks required ( done by service once recruited)
