The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Craig Family Centre.

We need someone to update, manage and maintain our Family Centre newsletter. You will be supporting our community organisation to grow. Our newsletter informs community members about local opportunities and events. Using MailChimp you will liaise with staff about content, manage the newsletter email list, research and meet deadlines.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Update and manage and maintain CFC newsletter
• Manage ‘Mail-Chimp’ newsletter
• Manage newsletter email list
• Liaise with staff about content
• Photography / support with
• Meet deadlines
• Research
• Development of newsletter procedures
• Contribute to the review of the newsletter with management and staff

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in HTML web updating
• Internet literacy
• Proven written and oral skills
• Communication skills
• Confident in social interaction and communicating with public and other staff
• Self motivated
• Time management
