Our service assists people in need in multiple locations across Adelaide by the provision of resources to meet an immediate need, and a referral service to link people with other community services.

This role involves:

  • Interviewing clients face to face and assessing need
  • Distributing vouchers
  • Applying for grants and additional assistance
  • Providing information about other services
  • Entering client details onto a database accurately
  • Assisting clients with creation of a basic budget

You will need to have the ability to work with vulnerable clients and families who access emergency relief and respond in a professional and empathic manner to all presenting clients.
