Event Coordinator - Darwin

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders and provide excellent care via phone and email • Update and manage event data on CRM system • Content creation for social media platforms, and creation of other marketing materials • Assist in all aspects of event/campaign coordination and administration • Assist in volunteer management for key events Skills, experience and attributes: • Confident phone manner • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office • Creative flair • Well-developed organizational and time-management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders • Demonstrated experience or enthusiasm in event coordination or marketing • Experience in working with seniors is highly desirable
