CUSTOMER SERVICE: a. Correspond with clients and stakeholders via email and phone b. Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls: answering phone inquiries c. Follow up on all customer inquiries, send thank you notes and reminder emails d. Helping clients and volunteers complete forms e. Maintenance of a CRM platform to ensure information is recorded, updated and f. accurate at all times

MEETING AND WORKSHOP PREPARATION a. Booking meetings b. Sending board papers c. Coordinating workshops d. Reporting on workshop attendance

MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS: a. Assist with brand promotion and network expansion efforts

BUSINESS WRITING a. Writing business emails b. Conduct formatting in Ms Word

REPORTING AND TRACKING: a. Maintain customer communication spreadsheet
Other Requirements:
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Time management skills required
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Organised and detail oriented
- Service driven with excellent customer service skills
- Creative problem solver and highly adaptable to client needs
- 2+ years prior experience in a customer service role
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
