    - Good heart, good communication skills, dedication, transferable skill set.
    1. Australia Citizen/Permanent Residency
    2. Experience with either Not-For-Profit organisation, community sector or psychological/social services
    3. Declaration of any current involvement in Not-For-Profit Boards (conflict of interest purposes).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organisation at local community events
  • Establish and sustain trusting relationships with our clients
  • Approach potential stakeholders and/or community members to establish relationships
  • Business Development planning in liaison with the management team
  • Maintain and grow the organisation’s brand presence across Australia (in particular, NSW and VIC)
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for continuous improvements
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders, including senior management and the Marketing department
