Duties Include:

• Read and understand script and current research
• Follow Workplace Health & Safety procedures
• Maintain front desk and entry area
• Show visitors through areas of the farm as required
• Answers questions on the exhibitions and programs
• Assist with programs and projects as required
• Log any questions for further research
• Ensure all group members are safe
• Report all concerns to management
• Ensure displays and areas are clean, tidy (fingerprints, insects, rubbish removed) and covered
• Ensure areas are closed and secure at the end of the shift
• Work within goals, policies and strategic plan objectives of Belgenny Farm
