Duties Include:

• Read and understand script and current research
• Follow Workplace Health & Safety procedures
• Prepare areas for visitors by opening up display areas, checking facilities, displays and security
• Lead groups of visitors through the displays in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Log any questions for further research
• Ensure all group members are safe
• Report all concerns to management
• remain on site with the group until the visit is complete
• Ensure displays and areas are clean, tidy (eg. fingerprints, insects and rubbish removed) and covered
• Close all display areas at the end of the visit and ensure the area is secure
