Our HR team ensures our employees have a positive experience while working at The Benevolent Society. We are supportive, high preforming and highly collaborative.

We are seeking support with the admin tasks within the team including

  • printing ID cards for new employees
  • lodging probity checks including criminal record checks, working with children checks etc
  • responding to enquires from candidates and volunteers wishing to join the TBS team
  • maintaining and archiving employee files etc

While not the most exciting work, it is meaningful and have a direct impact on the experience of our employees and future employees.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can make a regular commitment for example 1 day a week and has great attention to detail.

Other volunteers have used this opportunity to gain experience while completing their HR degree, dipped their toe in the water to understand if HR was right for them or gotten back in the habit of working after a career/carers break.
