The program will focus on Seniors innate strengths, such as kindness, resilience, compassion and justice and will involve engaging with community members by discussing their life stories, recognising that everyone has many varying strengths and documenting your findings.

Volunteers suited to this role will need to be enthusiastic, community minded individuals with experience in or passion for working with Seniors.

A certificate in aged care would be preferred but not essential.
