This is an all-day event and we will need four volunteers to help during the day, during various time slots.

• Set up and morning tea: 7:30 – 10am (help set up, serve morning tea & clean up)
• Lunch and afternoon tea: 11:30 - 4pm (help serve lunch & afternoon tea & clean up)
• Sundowner – pack down: 4:30 - 7:30pm (help serve drinks and food & clean up and pack down)

As a volunteer you are more than welcome to stay for the whole or part of day the if you wish. Your ticket and food will be complimentary.
