Processes which the Admin Assistant may be asked to perform;

  • Type various documents and electronic information
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service to clients.
  • Research and investigate information as requested
  • Answer telephone enquiries from customers
  • Log information on calls received, where relevant and maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a pc and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, calculator, shredding machine and photocopy machine.
  • Unpack and check incoming stores
  • Other tasks as directed

You will need to be able to follow instructions and have good communication skills.
