Administration Officer
Soldier OnSoldier On’s Shared Services team requires the assistance of a skilled office volunteer to carry out a range of administrative duties with the goal of improving work processes, leading to positive outcomes for the organisation and Soldier On participants.
This rare and exciting opportunity is an ideal role for human resource or business university graduates with office experience or for other experienced individuals familiar with administration tasks.
When: Commence ASAP! Expectation is 10 hours per week. Roster is flexible during business days and hours to suit the volunteer and Soldier On. This volunteer role has the potential to become an on-going volunteer opportunity

What: We require a volunteer who has a practical understanding of office administration tasks who has excellent communication and research skills. The successful volunteer will be required to work closely with our Assistant Manager Shared Services to assist with improving work processes which includes:
• Review, update, and create Soldier On policies and procedures • Research, coordinate, and report information to aid in decision making • Assist in administrative and organisational duties • Maintain and improve current filing systems
