Property Assets Committee Chair
YWCA AustraliaYWCA Australia is currently inviting suitable applications for a Property Assets Committee Chair to assist the YWCA Australia Board (and its two housing subsidiary boards) in:
- the strategic use of the Group’s property assets for a desired monetary return;
- strategic development of property assets including housing inventory for commercial gains for operational growth; an
- performance of the commercial property assets against industry benchmarks including rental yield and capital growth.
Our property assets include but are not limited to commercial, non-housing, housing, owned and leased properties.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a Board that has a direct link to positively impacting the lives of women, young women and girls.
This position would suit a professional with strong experience in a leadership role that has managed property maintenance and/ or asset management, employment experience in urban development and/ or planning, residential development, affordable/ social housing and has knowledge of financing options for community housing organisations.
