We are looking for male volunteers to work with our male, short-term customers. This involves working with 1-5 people, supporting them to engage in activities and facilitating discussions amongst them to help them socialise with others. Or you might prefer to work one-on-one with people who need to have a friendly chat. In this Transition Care Program (TCP) the days are long and often boring and people become socially isolated easily. We need you to help us provide them with social engagement and emotional support so they are healthier in mind and heart while they work with the physiotherapists and medical staff to get their physical strength back. All our volunteers are well supported with all necessary resources to facilitate activities.
