A community organisation based in South Grafton is seeking volunteers to help with a youth club program that operates Friday nights for young people aged between 12 -18 years. Possible tasks include mentoring with arts and craft projects, and activities around story-telling, history and heritage etc. The applicant should ideally have an understanding of indigenous culture, be patient, non judgmental and enjoy working with kids. Successful applicants will also need a current Working with Children's Check which is free to volunteers. Volunteering Clarence Valley can assist applicants with this process.
