Volunteers are a part of the Silver Chain Palliative Care Team which consists of dedicated nurses , doctors, care aides, social workers, spiritual care workers and volunteers. Volunteers provide companionship to palliative care clients and respite to their carer. Volunteers may also provide shopping - by - list support.
