Do you have three hours to spare every week? Are you 18 years or over? Are you great with children? Radio Lollipop is an international children’s charity providing care, comfort, play and entertainment to sick children and their families in hospital. It is run 100% by local volunteers who coordinate and deliver fun play activities at children’s bedsides and in our playroom.

Radio Lollipop Brisbane operates from the children's ward at Queensland Children's Hospital and Mater Private Children`s Hospital. Volunteers run fully equipped radio stations, visit children at their bedsides, involve them and their families in play activities and use the magic of radio when they need it most. Sessions operate Monday to Friday from 5 - 7.30pm and Saturday mornings from 9am - 11.30am.

At Logan Hospital we operate a satellite station that connects with our broadcast centres and offers ward-visiting, play and entertainment to children on Tuesday 5-7:30pm and Saturday 9am - 11:30am.
