Multiple Sclerosis is funded to provide a volunteer visiting program – the Community Visitors Scheme (CVS).  Volunteer visitors share stories, go for a stroll or have a cuppa, listen to music or play a game. Our volunteers play a vital role in the life of a person living in an aged care home or their own home through ongoing friendship. Would you like to visit an older person in an Aged Care Home and make a real difference in their life?

We have many delightful residents who would greatly benefit from your friendship. Our residents would really enjoy having some companionship from some willing to simply sit and have a coffee/chat with, read local paper/magazines, go for a walk etc.

You need to be warm, caring, reliable and be willing to commit to at least fortnightly visits for a minimum of 12 months.
