Our Concierge Volunteers are the public face of the Mater, welcoming and assisting patients and visitors at the main entrance of Mater Hospital Brisbane.

Our Concierge Volunteers have excellent customer service skills, can build rapport quickly and enjoy helping people! A good level of fitness is required as you will be standing 4 hours.

The Concierge program operates Monday – Friday. Volunteer shifts are 4 hours with a mix of afternoon and morning shifts currently available.

Volunteers must be able to commit to the same shift weekly for a minimum period of 4 months.

All Mater Volunteers receive orientation and safety training to ensure your confidence in the role.
