You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting and are available 10+ hours a week to build our teams, onboard new members and support them in times with need. The self driven applicants key duties include: Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. You find what needs doing with out waiting to be asked.
