Our Jacobs Court Residential Aged Care Community located at Sinnamon Park is seeking a volunteer to assist in an administration role on a fortnightly basis. This role will include printing forms, laminating, scanning and filing as well as providing general administration support to the Administration Officer.

The role of Administration Support Volunteer is suitable for people who have:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and organisational skills • Ability to be detail orientated, work independently and be self-motivated • Have a good knowledge of operating office equipment such as computers and photocopiers • Ability to work as part of a team with excellent customer service skills and an understanding of working with elderly clients • Undertake other administration duties as required

This volunteering role is suitable for people who are seeking a long term volunteering commitment. Volunteering hours for this role are Wednesday morning between 9am till 12 noon on a fortnightly basis.
