ACCF is looking for an experienced Data Coordinator to work in our small but passionate national office in Brisbane where we thrive on making a difference with a collaborative approach. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

•Manage and maintain ACCF donor database including data entry, analysis and reporting •Ensure donor management process is adhered to, including accurately keying donations, creating and distributing tax receipts •Monitor and report on donations to ensure donor database accurately reflects all income streams
•Distribute relevant information and communications to donors and fundraisers in consultation with the Business Development Team •Interpret data and identify possible variations in donor behaviour •Regular reconciliation of income data
•Assist in project management for Tax and Christmas Appeals •Positively and effectively communicate with external stakeholders

To be successful you will have:

•Excellent communication skills •Experience with Mail Chimp, E-tapestry and Asana or similar •Extensive experience with third party fundraising platform such as Everyday Hero, My Cause and Good to Give •A strong sense of collaboration as an effective team member. •A progressive and creative mindset. •Knowledge and experience using configuration management tools and systems •A minimum of 1 years' experience within the Not for Profit industry will be highly regarded •A genuine empathy with women’s health in Australia

This is a casual role for 4-5 hours paid per week with room to grow in the future.
