Donor Support Officer-North Ryde

· Well-developed customer service skills, high degree of empathy and ability to represent SOA in a professional manner at all times · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Good time management skills. · Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills with a warm and persuasive telephone manner The Key responsibilities include
. Liaise with donors to provide excellent customer care, via professional and timely communication via email, phone and mail · Attend to outbound calls, for example to thank people for their donations, to reactivate regular gifts or to update payment or contact details · Respond to inbound enquiries including cancellations, upgrades and downgrades · Process and distribute receipts for donations in a timely manner and liaise with finance as needed on donation processing · Accurate entry of supporter information and updating of records . Comply with data protocols, privacy policy, and data collection and storage procedures
Education and Experience
· A relevant Tafe certificate in marketing/ hospitality or undertaking similar tertiary qualification · Knowledge of Special Olympics Australia and programs
