Role Description

The Fundraising/Sponsorship Manager is responsible for managing Treasure Boxes’ current corporate partnerships and pursuing opportunities to secure the financial sustainability of the organisation.

The Fundraising and Sponsorship team is a crucial part of the Treasure Boxes family. Every project we create provides opportunities to expand our impact for infants, babies and children living in severe disadvantage.

Flexible working hours either from home or headquarters. The position would ideally suit someone who has a passion to contribute to the community through their efforts and can commit two to three days a week part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively and professionally develop, maintain and manage relationships with key sponsors.
  • Develop and deliver Treasure Boxes Fundraising Strategy including new fundraising products, sponsorships and initiatives to build sustainability for Treasure Boxes.
  • Identify and acquire major donations from individual donors and the corporate sector.
  • Create and lead a fundraising team that reflect and advance Treasure Boxes objectives, values and reputation.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to key people within corporates/ businesses.
  • Develop protocols and procedures for managing corporate engagement, donations and giving.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide advice, regular updates and reports to the General Manager.
  • Adhere to all organisational policies, procedures, standards and practices.
  • Act with honesty, integrity and good faith at all times.
  • Other duties as required, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the General Manager.
