StartOut Australia matches young people of diverse sex, sexuality or gender (DSG) with role models to help build resilience, self-acceptance, break negative self-image and to help navigate their sexuality.  Role models are trained to provide support using our online mentoring platform helping young people wherever they might be in Australia.

The Role: We are seeking experienced an Graphic Designer to work with StartOut Australia, creating content to help build and shape our public profile and brand.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Use your design skills to bring the StartOut brand to life by creating collateral for online, social and print usage.
• Create engaging content for multiple audiences to drive engagement and awareness.
• Ability to work autonomously and self lead on projects/ideas.

Requirements: Ideally, you will have:

• Cert IV or Diploma in Graphic Design.
• Experience with graphic design.
• Access to own required platforms to create content.
• Regular access to a computer with internet connection (at your own expense).
• Initiative to work autonomously and remotely.
• A can do attitude and someone who can think outside the box.
