Receptionist and Office Support-North Ryde
Special Olympics Australia - National Office- As a first point of contact the receptionist will greet and direct visitors to the office.
- The role will effectively contribute to the professional operation of the office from ensuring a positive first point of contact for enquiries to managing the general administrative running of an office.
- General office administration tasks and coordination will also be an important function of the role.
- It also includes purchasing milk and general kitchen supplies as well as collecting the mail from the local Australia Post Centre.
- Photocopying documents
- Greet visitors
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Sort and disseminate mail
- Prepare packages for dispatch
- Office organization/meeting planning (for internal meetings)
- Special projects (as assigned)
- Prepare information packets
- Data entry
