  • As a first point of contact the receptionist will greet and direct visitors to the office.
  • The role will effectively contribute to the professional operation of the office from ensuring a positive first point of contact for enquiries to managing the general administrative  running of an office.
  • General office administration tasks and coordination will also be an important function of the role.
  • It also includes purchasing milk and general kitchen supplies as well as collecting the mail from the local Australia Post Centre.
  • Photocopying documents
  • Greet visitors
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Sort and disseminate mail
  • Prepare packages for dispatch
  • Office organization/meeting planning (for internal meetings)
  • Special projects (as assigned)
  • Prepare information packets
  • Data entry
