The social groups are all two hours in duration and are held at various locations around Canberra. The groups range in theme and interest from:

• Walking
• Woodworking
• Tai chi
• Creative
• Art group
• Gardening
• Men's shed
• Snooker - to name a few.

We are keen to hear from volunteers who may be interested in registering in an ongoing (weekly) or ad hoc basis. The role of the volunteer is to provide support to the group facilitator and the group participants.
