Engineers Without Borders Australia is a community organisation that creates social value through engineering. Through partnerships and collaboration we’ve focused on developing skills, knowledge and appropriate engineering solutions since 2003.

In accordance with the constitution of Engineers Without Borders Australia, vacant chapter's executives will be voted in by the members of Engineers Without Borders VIC at our Special General Meeting. The Special General Meeting will be a chance for us to reflect on our past year's achievements, recognise the work of volunteers and discuss our future plans. It is also the time that we vote in the Engineers Without Borders VIC executives for the next year. All paying members of Engineers Without Borders Australia are entitled to nominate for and vote for the VIC executive positions.

About the role

President: The President of the Region is responsible for the direction and strategy of the region in all Chapter activities. This is known and achieved by collaboration and delegation, which is the key for success in a highly dynamic, volunteer-led organisation. The President shall lead the Region in developing and implementing an annual plan in consultation with the Executive Committee (Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer), Region leads, University Chapter Executive Members and the EWB National Office.
