Role Description

The Playgroup Volunteer will provide assistance and support to the Playgroup Facilitator and the Children & Parents Program (CAPP) Team with promoting and supporting the CAPP across the organization and within the community.

The Playgroup Volunteer will be supervised and all work produced will be signed off by the Playgroup Facilitator and / or the CAPP Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Helping the CAPP team with running the Playgroup activities, including:

• Helping to setup and pack up the Playgroup room / venue
• Helping to prepare and serve morning tea
• Assisting families to complete the registration and attendance forms
• Collect donations
• Assist with other tasks as requested by the supervisor from time to time
