• Coordinate the Auxiliary’s correspondence • Notify all members of General Meetings and their right to attend and vote at those meetings, using email and memoranda • Keep accurate minutes of Committee and General meeting proceedings • Maintain an up-to-date copy of the rules of the Auxiliary • Custodian of all books, documents, records and registers • Facilitate communication with all members • Liaise with the Culture and Engagement Coordinator for Staff and Volunteers, and with Rockingham Volunteer Centre • Manage the Auxiliary’s history archives • Negotiate with the Assistant Secretary to share the secretarial duties.
