VOLUNTEERS WANTED, VOLUNTEERS WANTED, VOLUNTEERS WANTED! If you are looking for an opportunity to engage with the Community and become one of our friendly Volunteer team – this is the time! Goodwood Community Centre is currently looking for Volunteers to undertake a variety of roles within the Centre based in Acton Crescent, Goodwood. Community Bus Driver Wanted! Currently we are looking for a cheerful person who can become our resident Bus Driver – this would include pick up of residents in the local area for Luncheons held at the Centre and some Day Trips to various locations throughout the year. The ability to communicate with passengers and make the bus trips an enjoyable experience is essential – we are all about having fun! Hours are negotiable and may differ slightly week to week. Receptionist Extraordinaire If you have good solid admin skills and are computer literate we also require a volunteer to man our reception desk on Mondays. Here you get to meet and greet a wide variety of people from local residents, service providers and others who utilize the facilities at the Centre.
