Hills Community AidHills Community Aid at Baulkham Hills is looking for a volunteer who is passionate about working with the community and is able to provide general administrative support to our team at the Balcombe Heights Estate.
Within this role you will:
- Perform general office duties
- Assist students who attend Learning in the Hills
- Reception duties when required
- Setting up regular morning tea events
Criteria
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Experience with a range of software including Google Docs
- Ability to work collaboratively with others volunteers and to work independently when required
- Previous experience in administration would be highly regarded though not essential
