Our events would not be possible without the assistance of our wonderful team of volunteers, or VTeam as we call them. At each event there are a number of VTeam positions.

Volunteers must: -be friendly and warm, with great personal skills -have exceptional communication skills -be reliable and on time -have great personal hygiene

As an usher your duties may include: -checking wristbands/tickets as attendees enter the theatre -assisting concert attendees to seats, encouraging them to fill the gaps as it will be a sold out show -reminding attendees there is a no photo/video policy within the theatre -assist and direct attendees to the venue bathrooms, info desk, canteen and merchandise tables
